  Enjoyed the stay with friends for the weekend! House was fairly clean, updated and a perfect size for five people. Only issue was with the check-in process at the welcome center. They could not find us listed in the system to receive our gate pass and the center employee said she could not add us and had to call her supervisor to resolve the issue. We arrived late at night, but luckily we were able to speak with the owner who was very helpful. They stayed on the phone to resolve the issue and send over documentation. It seemed to be a system error and after a long wait it was resolved. But, the welcome center could have been more accommodating in resolving the issue instead of saying they would have to turn us away.

  Everything we needed and fantastic space for outdoor fire pit. The homeowners have put a lot of care into their chalet, the second bathroom was a huge plus! We'd love to return.

• It was ok, the cleaners aren’t very good.

  Place was okay, it wasn’t very clean inside, garbage can was filthy, the rugs were dirty.The bathroom floor was dirty so was the sink. Couch had a big stain. Spider webs all over outside the the entrance and deck didn’t look very inviting, Has potential if the cleaning crew put effort. Oh and no central air, a couple of little fans barely helped. We made the best of it, the owners were very polite, and the s’mores they left for us were appreciated.

• The house was beautiful but….

  It was great and all but the cleaning needed some work…I had to clean the place with my two teen daughters that’s how somewhat bad it was but I did text the manger and they replied really fast.. I showed them some pictures I took from the place of how dirty it was… they than told the owner to text me and I let them know what I saw and what happen and they gave me a refund for the cleaning fee & told me if the house still needs more cleaning that they will tell a housekeeper to come clean but I said no because I already clean it but that’s the only problem that I had while at my stay but the house was beautiful everyone was nice it was great.
