• Quiet spacious stay

  We had a hard time deciding where to stay for a wedding weekend and were glad we chose this! In the end, we wanted a place where the parking would be safe and easy at night and where our family had room to spread out- this more than fit the bill. It was spacious, clean, quiet and roomy. The bathroom on the second floor is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate sharing space and the master bathroom also worked well for a couple getting ready for an event at the same time. Our teens loved the roof deck way more than we could tell from the photos, the house was quieter floor to floor than we expected, the neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to get to nearby Italian Market, cafes, etc. In the summer, it looks like there's a city pool across the street and for younger kids or sportier groups, there's a park, field and playground opposite. We could not hear neighbors and slept well each night. The only downside for us is that when there was noise (like a dog barking), it wasnt very muffled and the unit doesnt have the extra touches from when the owner has lived in it already or rented it a while--it's missing places to hang coats by the door, handtowels, trash bins, bedside lamps, sharp knives and extra towels or chairs. The mattresses are comfortable but don't have box springs, etc. SO...If you are a planning to do a lot of cooking or have more than 4 people, I would ask the owner to confirm you can a) all sit down at once b) have the utensils/platters/servingware you need.
