  • Quite a few issues

    When I arrived i attempted to unlock the door and the code I was sent was incorrect. I called the contact team multiple times and finally called customer services who then trying calling my contact team, again to no avail. She finally reached the owner of the house who gave her the correct code. Also after plugging in the internet the name and password given did not ever work. There were shards of glass on the floor on the 3rd floor. Overall it was a good stay just a few hiccups along the way.

    It was nice to get a formal confirmation within 10 mins. The code for the door we were provided was wrong. Guest services were not really good with understanding when we called. Then we get in and wifi is not working. Only to be told by the tech that it's a Verizon issue no one will answer until Monday and to try and have a good weekend. Luckily we were able to use our phones for mobile hot spot. It seemed like the entire house was painted recently. Which looks beautiful BUT no one cleaned after. So every floor, and surface had dust/dirt on it. So every window had dirt probably from open windows after painting. 2 toilets were not clean because someone pissed on the toilet. So off to the store to buy cleaning supplies. The heat didn't work until we went and replaced the battery. But after a long day we didn't get hot water in any shower. I think if it's going to be managed by a mgmt company they need to do a walk thru after any repairs are done. You should always have a cleaning company do a basic clean before a guest checks in would make things be better

    Hi Gabby, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We were disappointed to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We were unaware of any issues you had during check-in with the access code, and wish you had reached out. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help.
    - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. When you made us aware of the issues with the wifi, we did everything we could in an attempt to remedy the issue. It was determined that it was a service provider issue, which was something completely out of our control, and as much as we tried we could not get a response from the network provider. We are truly sorry that this happened during your stay.
    - The home was painted last year, so we were confused by your comments. We use a cleaning service to have the home cleaned professionally before each guest's stay, they have a checklist to follow and are required to take photos after each cleaning to ensure nothing is overlooked.
    - We were unaware of any issues with the hot water during your stay and wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact, had we been made aware we would have sent the maintenance team to the property to address your concerns immediately.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
