Great stay in Philly!
5/5 My husband and I, two friends, and their kids thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The owners, Maria and Jeff, were very helpful and communicative, and provided us all the info we needed for a fun stay. The house was great and combines classic Philly charm (fireplaces, stairs, etc.) with modern touches. The location is also great -- an easy walk to the Gayborhood and other parts of Center City. Had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!
Great hospitality!
5/5 Perfect accommodations for girlfriends weekend getaway. The apartment was very well appointed and the hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive. Also able to walk to several great restaurants. We were very comfortable as a group of 5 and loved our stay!!

Cozy house, great location
4/5 Overall, this was a great property and worked well for our group of five college friend. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Rating it as four stars because some of the bedrooms were very bright at night due to a building across the street having very bright lights, and the woven shades on the windows didn’t block any light. But overall, a very nice, historic property that worked well for us.

Perfect home for a Philadelphia getaway!
5/5 My family and I loved this home. We were in Philadelphia for some history and to look at colleges. This home is an easy walk to cheesesteaks, Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and City Hall. Giorgio's on Pine was fantastic. The home is comfortable, clean, and fun. Plenty of room for the four of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The stairs are an adventure and not for anyone with mobility issues. Parking is an easy five minute walk. We would love to come back warmer weather and enjoy the patio. Hosts were helpful and responsive.
