• Not what we were expecting

  The communication with the host was good and they answered all of our questions right away and let us check in early which was great! Once we got in, we realized the couches and dinning room table was a lot smaller than the pictures show and was completely different than the pictures. With a large group of people, we looked for places that had enough seating space and we thought this listing did but it did not. The rooms were all good sizes and very clean. Also, there was no air hockey table like the pictures showed and when asked about this, the host did explain to us that the last one broke, but we were expecting an air hockey table. There was only 3 garbage bags for our whole stay so when we ran out we had to use plastic shopping bags. We also ran out of paper towels since there was only 1 and a half rolls so we had to buy more. There was also only 4 rolls of toilet paper which was not enough. The dishes and cooking supplies were not that clean and we had to re-wash everything before we used it. Overall, the house was not what we were expecting but it did it’s job and the host did have good communication with us.

  - As is standard for vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
  
  - Our property comfortably accommodates 10 people, and we are sorry if this caught you off guard. As you can see from previous reviews, this has not been an issue in the past. We wish you would have reached out to your local guest contact during your stay if additional accommodations or questions were needed as there are additional tables and chairs on the property for use.
  
  - We appreciate your feedback and are looking into your concerns regarding the utensils and will also share this information with our cleaner to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
  
  - Prior to your stay, pasts guests damaged the air hockey table resulting in this being unavailable for your stay. We are working to get this replaced, and will also make the necessary changes to our listing to reflect the correct images ensuring our property is as advertised.
  
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  This was an amazing property, very spacious and clean, the proper was as listed, the owner of the property was very responsive and was able to assist with any issues I had. I would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for somewhere quiet.

• Great, would stay again!

  The host was very attentive; made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The host also offered us a late check out which was great. The house was clean and the location was great. It was was perfect for our stay of 2 families of four and a couple. I would definitely stay here again!
