Just minutes outside your door are some of the best waterparks in the northeast, including Kalahari Water Park 4.7 miles away, Aquatopia and Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark! If you're in the mood for some hiking, head to Hawk Falls nearby for a nature walk up to a scenic waterfall.
Also close to the home are several nature areas like Big Pocono State Park and Tobyhanna State Park, where you can boat, fish or hike. When the snow begins to fall, venture to Jack Frost Ski Resort just 30 minutes away to ski down the 20 different trails of varying difficulties.
Grab a bite in town when you drive 13 minutes into Mount Pocono to eat Mexican cuisine at Mi Casa Restaurant or classic bar food at Jubilee Restaurant. If you're feeling ambitious, stop by Mount Airy Casino Resort to try your hand at poker!

5/5 I brought a client with disabilities up to the poconos for the weekend! We had a great time. It ended up snowing and it was beautiful to see! We loved the house it was perfect for us and we will definitely be back to visit in the summer!!

Disappointed
2/5 This house needs a lot of work. Fire alarm in upstairs bedroom was broken, outlet was exposed, hot water was sporadic, no washer/dryer, fireplace didn't work, doors were hard to open, frying pan wasn't usable, tea pot had rust in it. upstairs bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Not worth the money.
