  This property had lots of space and room for our family of 6, 3 being teenagers. Smart TVs were great in all rooms. One reason I booked this townhouse was the gas fireplace, got there and it was out of propane. Contacted the property manager and he said he would tell the owner? Never got propane or was contacted again over our 3-night stay. BUT this property had so many broken and falling apart things. Cracked boards to entry door, dangerous. There were so many broken and run down, falling apart things it's too much to list. No handle on the patio door, hooks falling out of almost every wall, entryway closet door broken, kitchen cabinets deteriorating. NO ice or way to make ice. Burned out light in fridge, and lighting fixtures. Bathrooms were dirty with hair and not wiped around each toilet. Trash under beds. The king bed had a queen comforter on it and tips inches when you sit at the bottom of bed. Very unstable. It was disappointing. I have rented many houses/townhouses/condos over the last 20 years, I have never stayed in such a falling apart poorly managed, unkept property. You cannot see that from the pics. I figured after not getting the propane filled, it was what it was, and we just got a lemon. The owners need to visit or get another management company. The property has a lot of potential.

  Positives: (1) Size of townhome was very comfortable for group of 5(2) Property was convenient to Lake Harmony and Big Boulder resturantsNegatives: (1) Listing indicated that pool access was provided -- despite multiple requests to property manager, code to enter community pool was not provided. Day passes for boulder lake club across the street are $25.00 per day, per person. There are no public beaches on Boulder Lake or Lake Harmony.(2) Listing represented that sheets were provided -- only topsheets and pillowcases were provided, with thin comforters.(3) Basement was damp and smelled of mold -- not usable for individuals with mold allergies.(4) Multiple wasps were in the townhome and had to be killed.(5) Floors were very dirty and had to be swept upon entry.

  Joshua, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -The pool Access code is provided to all of our guests, and the missing pass has been replaced
  -We've bought extra linens and will be using full sets on the beds
  -Upon further investigation, it was discovered the air conditioner was gathering condensed water. This has been resolved in addition to a dehumidifier being placed in the room
  -We are taking pest control measures to deter wasps
  -We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers.
