• Great location great house

  I spent 10 days with my family at this house, of which some days were spent skiing. It’s a great location near Lake Harmony and Boulder Lake, close to all the restaurants and more importantly, 10 mins drive to Jack Frost and a few mins drive to Boulder. Property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

  convenient location but 18 poorly maintained front steps into the unit, exhausted us when unpacking and packing our vehicles....we may have missed these steps in the ad but the steps were/are extremely dangerous.

• A happy place to be…

  My family and i were enjoying a pleasant rest in laurelwood home at the big boulder, we enjoyed it a lot, you can see deer and their young walking in the whole area all day every day we were also in the big boulder lake club to swim very nice a lot of professionalism to register since only visitors from that area can enjoy the attractions but not those from outside, the house has everything you need is spacious and comfortable but needs maintenance such as the towel bar in the guest bathroom of the first level is loose and there are cobwebs and spiders at the entrance and on the back deck I assumed that it is normal since it is a house in the mountains, the description is perfect everything is as it is in the instructions, it has a Roku tv with all entertainment apps and you can see everything you like for us it was a blessing to be able to rest in laurelwood townhouse and yes we will come back in the future may be in winter time..

• Short Vacation

  When we arrived Friday afternoon, it was very difficult to get to the front door because of slippery ice. The money that I paid for cleaning should have included someone putting salt down before we arrived and shoveling. The porch was a sheet of ice. My husband had to shovel the porch and steps and put salt down just so it was safe to walk. The house was listed to accommodate 10 people but never enough hot water for showers but for one or two.

  Hi Connie, thank you for your review! The homeowner wanted to share the following:
  "Our shoveling, plowing, and salting are handled by the HOA. Additionally, there were winter storms consistently coming through so it was a constantly changing environment. The hot water heater and all plumbing throughout the property had recently been inspected. We will have it checked again to determine if any upgrades and replacements are necessary."
