Nice comfortable house
5/5 This is our second year renting this house. It’s perfect for our family and close to good restaurants.

4/5 The stay in Lake Harmony was relaxing a peaceful; just the getaway needed to end the summer. The home was comfortable for us. As expected in the area we had a few spiders and ants but nothing too unbearable. The updating needed when advertising was the master room the bed was a full size not queen and terrible to sleep on (I have a bed back and hip). The twin beds mattresses should be updated as well. Lastly, better instructions to access the swimming pool area; took two days to figure out how to use the code (lol; our lack of inspection). Overall, we wouldn't mind staying in the area again.

Not clean
1/5 The house was very dirty. Carpet has stains everywhere. bath tub was not even clean. All pots and pans are very old. . Not enough pans and pots in the kitchen. All of toilet bowls very dirty also. Towels in bathroom was smell too.

Horrible
1/5 I checked into this house for a weekend with my infant and I had a terrible stay. The refrigerator was not working I contacted the owner which was no where to be found and my fridge did not get fix throughout my trip I had to use coolers and ice. I had to keep calling customer service to get help with this issue. It’s not a comfortable stay when all of your grocery that was prepared for the trip spoiled because of the fridge even the babies food. I was very fustrated and would not recommend this property for another booking
