• Avoid this property at all costs. Fake photos, decrepit house, and host is unreachable.

  The home is different than in 6 of the photos. The remaining photos are filtered or photoshopped to show the home being new and spotless. The reality was a home falling apart, dirty, and disgusting. I would post photos if I could. The home has not been cleaned in years, it seems, even though "cleaning" fee is charged. The host was completely unreachable. Never responded to any messages. We checked-out of the home earlier than we were supposed to since the host failed to respond to any message we sent. The advertisement is also false, with many basic necessities not available at the home (garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquidi, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Below is a lists of the nature of this home. - The home is extremely dirty, dusty, has cobwebs, mildew, rust, and bug nests. VRBO has been notified to open an investigation. - Bathrooms smell badly of urine. We had to purchase disinfectants and sprays to make the bathrooms somewhat usable. - One of the bathroom vanity is leaking water. - Couches and beds have pet hair, dust, and dirt all over them. We had to purchase a vacuum and my wife spent 3 hours cleaning two couches alone. - One of bedroom bed-frame is literally duct-taped to hold up the bed. I laid down on it and the head of the bend caved in on me. - One of the bedroom walls was covered with a loose wood panel, underneath which was a bugs nest. - Door lock on one of the two bathrooms was broken. - Basic supplies were missing in spite of being advertised as complimentary on VRBO; (a) no trash bags (b) no detergent, (c) no dishwater liquid, (d) no vacuum, (e) no paper towels. - Cobwebs all over the bedroom windows and ceilings. Interior window-sills filled with dead flies and bugs. - Dust all over all the bedroom drawers and chests. Our luggage was left lying on the floor with our clothes inside it. - Some of the exterior home photos on VRBO are of a different home completely. Worst of all, the host did not respond to a single message we sent. We had to check out of the home because of the above-noted issues.

  Hi Armen, Evolve here. The homeowners let us know that you wanted to cancel the last day of your stay for personal reasons, and the owners let you know you would need to contact us, as they were not able to do so themselves without penalty.
  However, when you contacted us, you changed your complaint to the cleanliness of the property. You had been in contact with the host throughout your stay and did not mention these concerns. We were therefor not able to provide you with the resolution you were hoping for.
  These owners look forward to providing all of their future guests with a five star stay.

• Exactly what we needed

  The house had everything we could need for our stay. The house was clean and the owners were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay in their properties in the future.

• Not what I spect.

  Property not what it seems in photos, it's in bad condition, not clean enough for what I pay. Everything it's old, not a place to take family to relax. Beds are uncomfortable to sleep. I can get I better place for that amount of money.
