  House was as described. House was perfect set up for families and friends. Kids loved having the downstairs to themselves and it was great because the adults could gather on the main floor. Convenient location to mountains and restaurants. Owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

• Perfect home for a family ski trip!

  We stayed for a family ski trip to celebrate my son’s birthday. This home was absolutely perfect in every way. Our extended family members raves about the space, location to big Boulder and Jack Frost, cleanliness, decor, well marked and labeled cabinets, shelves, etc. so we could find everything we needed. Not to mention the owners were so sweet leaving some small things to help celebrate a birthday and quick to communicate and check in that we were all set for a great stay. Saving this listing as we would love to go back in the future!

• Perfect spot for a New Years getaway

  We all had a blast playing shuffleboard while staying here. The house had everything we needed during our stay. The owners were very communicative from beginning to end.

• Spectacular Stay!

  I want to start by saying that our family has rented dozens and dozens of homes over the years and we have decided that this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. It started with a very detailed email with check in and check out instructions. We then received a text message at 10am on the day of arrival saying the home was ready for us if we wanted to check in early. When we arrived, the house was spotless and there was even a lit and decorated Christmas tree in the living room. There was a lovely handwritten note and bottle of wine on the dining room table from the owner. The beds were super comfortable, the couches amazing, and the game room in the basement was a huge hit for playing video games, table shuffle board, and watching movies on the big screen. All of the televisions had numerous streaming services so we were able to watch several holiday movies. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper already in place and there were several sets of bath towels in each bathroom. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers which was amazing because we could do loads of laundry without it taking forever and we didn’t have to bring tons of dirty clothes home with us. Because we were here for thanksgiving week, we had brought some kitchen items to make sure we had everything only to find that the kitchen had more items in it than we have ever seen! There was a Keurig and we noticed that it was an updated version that needed a different universal k cup than what was provided. I texted Scott just to let the owner know so future guests would have the correct cup (there was also a coffee maker and teakettles so it wasn’t going to affect us) and in a day and a half, an Amazon package arrived with the correct cup!!! Talk about amazing customer service! All of us (9 people ages 2-76) felt right at home all week. We’ve stayed at a lot of great places and do a ton of research before renting, so I hope this review reaches the masses because we couldn’t have had a better stay! Thank you Scott and Kristie for making our thanksgiving week so memorable!
