  Quiet and relaxing setting. The house was cute and comfortable, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed being so close to the lake and beach club pool. We rented Kayaks and our daughter played in the sand. We would return!

  Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home! It was a wonderful long weekend. So much to do. Too little time. Ran all day and how nice to come back to a great place to rest our heads and plan for the next day. Will definitely come again! Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

• Great stay

  We had a great time staying at this property for a long weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and it’s very cozy. The kitchen is properly stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. Access to the lake is a huge plus and the lake is beautiful, fun and peaceful at the same time. There are paddle boats, kayaks and motorized boats that can be rented for 1.5 hour intervals. The fees can get pricey but it’s a lot of fun. Overall, the condo and amenities were fantastic. The only thing about the condo is that there is no AC. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable to sleep in with the windows open, but the upstairs bedroom got a bit hot. We had fantastic weather all weekend with temperatures in the high 70s so it wasn’t too bad not to have AC.

  I booked this place for 2 nights, and paid pet fee, cleaning fee separately. I rented this place for my family trip for weekend getaway from NY. the picture they posted were so nice and clean. BUT when I get there, as soon as I opened the door, I realized it is not a clean place. (I took a lot of picture and sent to owner but didn't hear anything back from him.. I wish I can post the pictures I took) They charged cleaning fee separately which is not cheap price. I?ve been to this kind of rental place alot and their cleaning fee was little more than other places. if it is really nice and clean, the price wouldn't be matter to me. 1. dead spider and bugs I saw dead spider in living room, bedroom, and corner of the kitchen area. It means they did not vacuum the place before we get there. I told this to owner with picture and he said because this home is on the mountain, it is easily get spiders and bugs. Yes. I DO understand, but as he told me if cleaner cleaned place right before we get there I shouldn't see those on the floors. 2. no paper tower, disgusting dish wash sponge, dirty bath towers. I didn't bring any of those, because usually they do provide basic needs. but it was so dirty or they don't have. I went out to buy all my own. I tried to wash towers and use, so I opened washer and dryer, there were pile of laundry inside of dryer and wet laundry in washer. 3. dirt, hairs, spider web everywhere. I wish I can post pictures to show how dirty it was. Im not saying dirt is invisible dust, there was dirt and hairs on the floor everywhere. especially on the corner area, a ball of pet's hair floating around. spider webs look like it was there for months, has bugs and dirt on the web. I didn't let my baby on the floor for entire my stays. 4. smelly bed. found some hairs on the bed. non of my family member use bedding. We put our beach tower (we brought from home) and slept without any comforter. 5. one of the light on ceiling, sink garburator not working. 6. my dog was keep looking under the sofa, so I just looked up. yuck! I regret I looked under the sofa.. there were balls toys left from previous people stayed with piles of hairs and dirt. it seems like they did not clean at all at least for years... If this place was clean, I would enjoy my stays. The town home itself is good. they have pool, lake beach, you can do lake activities in 1 mins walk away. quite and peaceful, beautiful surrounding.
