As the snow starts to fall and transform Lake Harmony into a winter wonderland, locals flock to the Poconos for their taste of winter skiing. Big Boulder Ski Area is only a 3-minute drive from the property while the Jack Frost Ski Resort is about 10 minutes from your door.
When you're not dining at the townhouse, make your way to one of the delicious local eateries nearby. Some favorites include Nick's Lake House, Boulder View Tavern, Louie's Prime Steak House, Terra-Cottage Cafe & Gifts, Shenanigans, and the Boulder View Tavern!
Drive 25 minutes to roll the dice at the Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mt Pocono. This resort also offers an 18-hole golf course, easy access to The Crossings Premium Outlets, and has a nightclub, spa, salon, and pool.
Some other ideas for fun include white water rafting just 15 minutes from the townhouse, watch a race at the Pocono Raceway in the Tobyhanna Township, or visiting one of the local waterparks in the summertime.
This property also has access to an on-site swim club where you can relax beat the heat in the summertime.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
5/5 My husband and I had a lovely weekend getaway. We spent the day biking the D & L trail and then relaxed back at the house. We absolutely loved spending time in the sunroom. Carl was wonderful with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!

Elderly people needing handicap accessibility beware
5/5 This Lake Harmony home is a show stopper! The cleaners do a very thorough job and pretty much any essentials that you may need are provided. If you want a little fire at their pit there is even wood! Also, the woman i spoke to was soooo kind! I needed to use a flashlight/lantern to assist my dad along walkway to get into home at night since sensor kept shutting off the night we arrived. She knew exactly where a flashlight AND lantern were located and batteries if we needed. She even said if my husband wants to alter the sensor to try and make it stay on, he can. Pack your food, drinks and clothing and you are ready to go! The only problem I encountered was the vagueness of steps to the property. My dad is 82 and atrophy is being to set in. There are so many steps to get into property. He struggled so much the first day that our last day of vacation we needed to order takeout because he refused to "climb the mountain" again:( Master suite is on the second floor and my dad was unable to shower. Otherwise, you will not be disappointed! Hosts are super thoughtful and house is immaculate!
