- All guests must check in with the security gate prior to entering the property. First, type the address '1 Big Bass Drive, Gouldsboro, PA 18424' into the GPS to locate the main gate. After passing through the gate, you can then type the address '62 S Lehigh River Drive, Gouldsboro, PA 18424' into the GPS to find the home (if you do not check in at the security gate first, the GPS will take you to the incorrect entrance)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 7192
- To enter, press 7192 on the keypad (hear a beep) and then turn the knob to the left
- To lock the door, press 7192 (hear a beep) and turn the knob to the right. You may need to pull the door towards you to fully turn the knob to the right
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Please turn the thermostat to 60 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please dispose of the trash bag(s) in the Big Bass Lake parking lot dumpster before leaving
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee (2 pets max, no cats). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
