GATE ACCESS:
- Please follow these steps for entry into the community:
- Enter the main gate from Phillips Road
- Prior to arrival please make sure your passengers are the same as the guest list submitted on your application. Any changes to the guest list must be done prior to approaching the gate. If there is a person in the vehicle that is not listed on your registration application, they may be denied entry. To make changes and help your check in process go quickly, please notify Evolve to submit a change form before approaching the gate
- Guests are required to produce their vehicle plate number, valid driver's license, and Big Bass Lake registration number. Please have all information ready before pulling up to the gate
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- For early check-in, please get in touch with the Guest Contact for further information
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1225
- The side door can be accessed with the key that is hanging near the side door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Load the dishwasher, but do not start it
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights and small appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please remove all trash upon departing, there is
a trash disposal area in main parking lot at main
gate as you leave.
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
