CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS:
- This property is located inside a gated community. Guest must provide their names, ages and vehicle information prior to your check-in date. Please respond to the Docusign documents requests from Wayne approximately 2 weeks prior to check in
- When you arrive at the Penn Estates neighborhood, proceed to the visitor’s gate at the North entrance. 
- For GPS use: Penn Estates Welcome Center- 525 Penn Estates Dr, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301
- Provide your name and vehicle information that was on your reservation. Security will print out a gate/parking pass for you. The parking pass will valid for the duration of your stay
- Once the parking pass is issued, you can access our community using the North entrance (off Hallet Road) or the South entrance (off Cranberry Road)

TO UNLOCK:
- Place your hand over the black screen to “wake up” the screen saver
- Two random digits will appear on the screen
- Type in the highlighted random digits
- Full keypad will appear on the screen
- Put in the access code above

TO LOCK:
- Place your hand over the black screen to “wake up” the screen saver

- Push the lock button to lock the door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the trash bins located by the garage outside (please ensure the lid is closed)
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Please clean grill if used
- Strip linens from all used beds and pile them in the bedroom
- Place all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor
- Turn heat to 60 in the winter and turn off A/C in the summer
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- During the winter, please note that the driveway and passage to the house will be cleared prior to the normal check-in time. However, there will be no snow removal services during your stay

- Absolutely no fireworks allowed at the property
- Due to HOA regulations, we can not guarantee that all community amenities will be open during your stay
- Guests will need amenity badges to access community amenities such as the pool, clubhouse, lake, etc. The amenity badges are pre-paid by the host for the guests and can be found in a box in the living room
