Our reservation was cancelled upon arrival after making a february reservation, downpayment .
1/5 the property wasn't available upon arrival and cancelled immediately. we had to return home.

Overall the cabin is what it looks like but,
2/5 My family and I came here for a birthday snow weekend. The cabin it’s self looks exactly like the picture and was very clean. The major downfall was we had no hot water for the whole weekend. None of us could shower we had to boil water to wash up, we told the owner who spoke to evolve and they only gave us back $168 from our stay. Not only did we not have hot water there was no heat in the living room which made the cabin cold being that it is already cold outside. This was unacceptable I would have appreciated if they gave us half our money back because there was a lot of us there and we all put money down to stay here and did not have necessities in this cabin. I would not book here again because it seems like they are more worried about money than the safety and well-being of the people that pay to stay there.
