CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- This property is located in a gated community.
- 1 week prior to arrival, please email traveljus4fun@gmail.com with the First and Last names and Phone numbers of all guests that will be operating a motor vehicle through the front gate
- You will need to provide your ID and the address to gain entry
- There will be a complimentary bottle of wine for your stay as a gift from the owner
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash, failure to do so could result in an additional $30 trash removal charge
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Place all used towels in the tub of the first-floor bathroom
- Leave the covers off of the grill and fire pit if you used them and keep them stored in the storage bin outside
- Ensure the grill is closed and the grill fire pit screen is on
- Put outdoor cushions back in the storage bin
- Close the fireplace flue
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances (except for the 3 marked lights)
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please only lock the top lock (the keyless lock)
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instacart delivers to the property. There is a bench at the front door (just put a note that groceries go in the brown bin)

- Charcoal is not provided. The closest place to get it is Ace Hardware (charcoal can also be delivered from Instacart)
- Propane gas is provided
- Guests must bring their own consumable and perishable supplies
