  great experience overall; clean house, plenty of room, owner was very easy to reach and fast to respond. One suggestion, in case any upcoming renovations are planned - adding 1/2 bath in the basement would make a huge difference!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so pretty and clean. The person in charge was very attentive and took care of every little issue we had. We will be staying there again.

• Great Place to Stay

  The home is as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The home and the community have lots of amenities. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The WIFI is terrible in the area but not for T-Mobile so if you have Verizon, internet may be slow. The property is close to attractions but we had tons to do just within the community. My kids enjoyed the spacious basement/entertainment center; my husband and I enjoyed the outdoor space. We had no issues with water pressure or lack of hot water at all. The host was super communicative and helpful. This will be our new go-to place when in the Poconos.

• Great stay and location

  The house was great and just like the photos. We also had a few toddlers with us and the house was easy to baby proof by just moving some things out of reach. It is a split foyer entry so we had a baby gate at the top of the stairs but there is a door at the bottom level at the stairs so that helped as well. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to the pool as well as activities & hiking at Delaware Water Gap. Great options for our families to meet in the Poconos.

  The best way I can describe this property is OK. The pictures on the listing compared to in-person was underwhelming. A few things if you plan on booking here:- TV upstairs and downstairs only had a handful of channels.- Shower can only keep hot water for a few minutes at best and takes a while between showers for it to return - pressure was also very low.- There’s a gate to enter/exit and I was surprised how long the waits were coming in and out.- Community center was a let-down - only open for four hours and of the two pools, only one was open and swamped with people.- The skiing amenities were not opened until Saturday PM which was also disappointing.- The downstairs bed feels like you’re lying on plywood.Is an OK place to stay if your expectations are modest.

  - We note in the listing that the house is located in a gated community. We have no control over the lines at the gate or the community amenities, but we're sorry that you were disappointed.
