absolutely wonderful
5/5 This was a perfect location. The house had extra room as there were only three of us there. The living area and kitchen were spacious for cooking and relaxing. The property was close to other properties, but far enough that we had our own experience. The house was cleaned prior to our arrival. Chris is amazing and a good communicator.

Wonderful trip
5/5 The cabin was very clean and very homey. It is 20 mins from Jim Thorpe which we visited and had a blast. It was beautiful to watch the snow fall. No complaints. The back screen door was broke and they did not have coasters to protect the furniture but those were minor things. Overall it was an amazing place to stay for a girls weekend that was much needed.

3/5 House was dirty and in disrepair. Toilets stopped working multiple times, carpet and linoleum were visibly peeling up from floor, multiple pieces of furniture were broken. Master bedroom sheets were stained and had hair on them, appeared unwashed. Gas grill was never cleaned and filled with grease at the bottom and caught on fire quickly. Sliding glass door did NOT lock, very unsafe.

-Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations. We're committed to making every guest's stay enjoyable, and we're very sorry to hear the home was not clean upon arrival and impacted your stay. We have addressed your concerns with our cleaning crew about the home not being guest-ready before check-in so this issue does not affect future guests
-All the concerns with the home have been addressed, and the floor and most of the furniture have been replaced and are working properly, so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
-We'd also like to clarify that our property manager was never contacted about the plumbing issues. We would have been more than happy to resolve any issues during your stay
-We are sorry about the sliding glass door, there is a bar that locks the door shut so it cannot be opened from the outside. The window area is safe, and we're sorry if you felt uncomfortable
