30 year Anniversary
5/5 It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend to celebrate our 30 year Anniversary. The house is super cute and the access to the beach was easy. I'm not sure you could get the house closer to the beach. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Nice until upstairs guests arrived...
3/5 Very clean, new, and comfortable rental. Location was nice, right on the beach, pet friendly, we were quite excited and the first few hours were great! Then the guests staying upstairs arrived. Every step sounded like a group of Irish dancing was occurring. We felt lucky they were not night owls, so overall it was not a one-star stay, but we would never stay in this particular unit again, unless we got the upstairs unit.

While some basic noise can travel from upstairs, it's not typically a problem for our guests so it seems the guests upstairs were unreasonably loud. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help. We do have other stand-alone cottages on-site with no shared walls or floors so we highly suggest reserving one of those next time. Thank you for your review. We hope to host you again in the future!
Very nice pictures don’t do it justice
5/5 Very nice property and a wonderful stay. Great beach access and clean updated home. It is a duplex so sometimes neighbors above could get a bit noisy but overall a great stay we would do it again.

4/5 You need to equip your kitchen with more dishes. 2 with wine glasses one bowl not adequate for a house that suppose to sleep 8.

Very Clean and Well Furnished
5/5 The entire unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Right on the ocean with an unobstructed view. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.
