Very spacious!
5/5 It's an old house (over 100 years!) and has a lot of character. The rooms are spacious and 2 of the upstairs rooms have their own balconies. Large front porch and back sun room. Very close to beach & gelato. Game room downstairs is super nice. We had 4 women and a toddler and we could have easily accommodated another couple.

50th Anniversary Celebration
5/5 Great stay for our family. Good size property and accommodations. Well-appointed with all that you need for a family stay. Two blocks from the promenade and beach. Within a few blocks of the center of Seaside activities. The host was very gracious and helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Family Vacation
5/5 This home is a classic charmer, it has beautiful character as most older homes do and was absolutely perfect for our group ! It has awesome sunrooms, beautiful hardwood floors and the front porch is one you can sit out on all day long ❤️ The home is just a few blocks from the main promenade and the beach is super close , walking distance to everything . Perfect location ! I had read a previous review that the house was dirty , I will say that if you are looking for a perfectly clean “newer” perfect home that doesn’t make noise when you walk, that doesn’t have some old wear n tear then this house is not for you. When you walk on the floor it makes creaking sounds, some of the doors are a little tough to shut, the baby crawls on the floor the knees get a little dirty and yes you will pick Up some dirt and dust on your feet, as to be expected in a huge older home with all wood floors :) It was Prestine and perfect for us though and what we were looking for, none of the little things bother us. The only thing was no AC, the home was super hott when we came in but once we opened the windows and got some air flow, it was perfectly fine and we all brought fans too ! Thank you for sharing your classic beautiful home !
