  • Beautiful view but that’s all

    This was my first time in seaside. I was extremely excited about this property after seeing the pictures online. Was not notified the pool and spa were going to be out of service our entire stay. One of the other reasons I booked this property was because of the indoor pool and spa. Come to find out it was closed for weeks prior to our checkin. The dishes were still dirty so we had to rewash them all the ones we wanted to use. None of the tvs were working. The bedroom one worked but had no sound. The front door was extremely hard to close which was a pain. The pictures online make the place look so beautiful but it’s not worth the money at all!!!!!

    The pool was out of commission which was a bummer for my kids because of the bad weather other than that it was a great experience

  • Don’t stay here

    This was a horrible experience the property contact was never available and never returned my calls. The access key was not in the room, so I was stuck in the unit from 10pm till 8 am. Because I didn’t have anyway to access the building. Dishes were dirty. There was exposed electrical on the floor that I had to make safe just to let my 3 yr old walk around freely. The bathtub had hair in it. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Hopefully this reaches anyone who is thinking about booking this place. Do t do it.
