Fantastic property
5/5 I and my two dogs stayed for 10 days at this beautiful location. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the surf can always be heard through an open window. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a 5 minute drive from the town of Gold Beach. The house is well appointed with everything you’ll need to cook meals, including a few spices. It appears to be a recently built house and is in good condition.
You must keep your dogs on leash, there is a small grassy area, but it is not enclosed (not a problem for me).
The decks are beautiful, but there are no deck chairs unless they are in the basement which I did not explore except to do laundry. I didn’t see any deck chairs in the photos, and brought my own camp chair.
The location property manager was quick to respond when I had a question.
As noted in the listing, there are stairs. Do not rent this property if you are not comfortable with at least one flight of stairs.
Although I am likely to explore other areas of the Oregon coast, I’d happily stay here again.
