Great Stay - Great Views

Horrible Service - Clean Property
2/5 Unfortunately we were given the wrong network and wifi password with our checkin instructions. We could not use any tv’s and or connect our devices. The only contact person we were given info on was out of the country. We first reached out at 6pm when we checked in, and we didn’t hear back until 4:15am the next day. This was due to that contact person being on the other side of the world. Really??!!! Why wouldn’t we have a more local contact person. Absolutely ridiculous. Lastly, the owner changed their wifi network and password and never let the contact person or rental company know to tell those who paid money to rent the property. We have never had such horrible service through VRBO. It’s really unfortunate because it would have been a perfect stay had we had better service. Very disappointed.

- To clarify, we did let you know the Wifi was changed, and we did send you the email with the new Wifi information before your check-in.
- We apologize that our Guest Contact had to travel out of the country. From now on, I will reach out to guests before their check-in with pertinent info.
- We hope the refund made up for some of the inconvenience.

5/5 I am definitely giving this a 5 star rating. The size of the condo was perfect and the back patio overlooking the Deschutes river and the trail was the tip of the icing on the cake. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very well maintained and plenty of room. I already have plans to come back here and experience the fall season in Bend.

Bend 2023 Winter Trip
5/5 Overall our experience with renting this property was very positive from the beginning through the actual rental with checking in to checking out. The property management company and the owner were very responsive, cooperative and helpful throughout the process. Property location was superb for any activity from skiing at Bachelor, to accessing shopping or restaurants. We would definitely rent this property again.
