  It’s definitely unique. It’s like a converted club house with both good and bad qualities. The main hangout area is pretty cool with quality game tables and a working record player with a solid music selection. The projector is cool but only works for cable as you are unable to hook up your game system, well at least the audio. Also can’t watch any streaming services so we pretty much just used the TV which is pretty good. The beds were at best okay for those who like softer mattresses. The grill was outstanding and they had good kitchenware. The biggest issue really was the location. It’s in a bad area of Tulsa, you definitely feel like you are on the wrong side of the tracks. However, compared to other big cities it wasn’t that bad and the large privacy fence allows you to forget what surrounds you like the burned down house directly next to the property.

• Awesome Place!

  We rented the Union Building for a ten day stay to take in the Springsteen concert, The Church Studio, the Gutherie, Dylan Centers and Greenwood Rising among other attractions. I am an ambulatory wheelchair due to an illness. There were only four of us who stayed over each night but several others stopped by to hang out and enjoy the setting during the day/evening. The place was perfect for our needs!

  The place is very clean and new. The beds and sofas were all super comfy! The main room is huge and a great place to hang out with family and friends. The games were a huge hit. The space is large enough you can have the small turntable going while the t.v. on the other side of the room is on and they don't interrupt each other.

  We enjoyed the outside fire pit and grill. Both were in good shape and easy to operate.

  The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking our meals there. All of the appliances are new and clean.

  I found the place easy to use my electric wheelchair throughout. (Again, I am an ambulatory user.) Plenty of turnaround space, easy transition over doorway thresholds, through doors and plenty of space to pull up next to furniture to make conserving steps easy.

  The manager was quick to respond and very polite and helpful.

  We definitely will plan to stay here again when we head back to Tulsa!

  This was an amazing property! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and have a wonderful time with family.

  I was visiting family for the weekend and found this amazing place to stay. The host was amazing. Answered all of our questions in time and made the checking in and checking out process a breeze.

• Scammed

  Scammed, bought 2 nights received all the information the night before going to the house. Later arrived and was aggressively yelled at by the owner saying we never booked it (yet we received all the info and emails saying we booked 2 nights) and that he was going to call the cops on us. Also we never got our $700 back we spent to book it (we never even got to stay there). Be. Careful.
