    This spot is LIT. It was the absolute perfect place for the weekend. The place is exactly as it looks online, we couldn't stop taking pictures because every corner is insta-worthy. The owners were super responsive when we had issues and SO kind. This house is under new ownership and you can tell they really care about the guest experience.

    Located in the market district, you're a short walk away from food and nightlife. The hot tub was perfect after a late night out. An absolute gem of a property, I will definitely be returning!

  • Adorable property, terrible experience!!

    I rented this property for a two night stay. The property is adorable and was clean and well kept. Our first day was great. On our second evening we got ready and went to a concert downtown. Upon returning back to the property at a very late hour, we noticed the front door agar, the tv that we had shut off was on, and we could see the bedroom door was now open. We left and called the police. The police cleared the property and stayed while we got our belongings. We had to check into a hotel at 2:30 in the morning and were so shook up. The people had taken money, drank the alcohol we had in the fridge, used the rest of the film in our Polaroid camera and left their pictures on the table next to ours. During all of this we were unable to reach anyone from the house. The following day we tried the contact number again and got ahold of the lady that cleans the property. Turns out she didn’t think the property was rented out for the weekend and let some “friends” use it. I could have been understanding of this if the friends had came in and saw the place was occupied and left, but to come in and violate our space and belongings and steal and then leave the door open and leave some of their belongings laying around is totally inexcusable. The other part that is totally inexcusable is that two days later I have yet to hear from the home owner or evolve. This is definitely the worst experience Iv ever had renting a place and the worst experience Iv ever had with communication. This was not only a bad experience, but put us in a very dangerous situation.

    The place does not have as many beds as it advertised. One of our guest had to get a motel room. Wi-Fi password was never provided like my text say. We thought this would be a fun experience and it wasn’t. You have to walk through a room to go to the bathroom waking the person sleeping in there every time. It’s cheap for a reason.

    -The features and photos you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to meet expectations -so the guests can decide before booking if the style matches their preferences
    -The listing description states the property has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms in this house, meant for no more than six guests
    -We confirmed that we sent out the pre-stay instructions a month before the booking reservation to confirm all the necessary information needed for your stay, including the Wifi information
    -We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay with any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home
    -Our goal is to ensure that every guest who stays in our home has a great experience and we endeavor to be very responsive to anything that comes up!
