Fishing trip
5/5 The house was great, good location to the ramp. Plenty of room for boat parking, maybe a little more rock needed but over all not bad. Would rent it again.

Fishing Tournament
5/5 PROS: Great property for tournament anglers. A short distance from ramp, fuel, and food. Plenty of room for boat parking. Electrical outlets located within reach to recharge batteries. This seems like a very quiet/secure neighborhood. (I actually had a deputy sheriff drive up before daylight to ensure I was who I was supposed to be.)CONS: It would be nice to have some adequate lighting around boat parking to aid in tournament prep and added security. Improving the parking area would be an upgrade. The existing concrete is not big enough and your trailer ends up in grass area. If it rains, you're walking around your boat in the mud. A longer concrete pad would be amazing, but gravel would be a definite improvement.Overall, a wonderful property. I would definitely recommend it.

Fishing Trip
5/5 House was great, pretty well stocked, great location, plenty of parking, outside power for boats. A little more concrete or rock for parking out of the grass would be helpful. All in all a great place. Would book again.

5/5 We enjoyed out stay at Decca's Hideaway. The well stocked kitchen was refreshing! Thank you for your attention to detail in that area.
