Great location to enjoy the area.
5/5 The property is easy to get to and very close to many of Lake Broken Bow's, Hochatown's and Beaver Bend's activities. It was a great base of operations for our trip and very comfortable.

Hi Vince, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We have a freestanding A/C unit to help with the record-breaking heat. Sometimes it collects moisture, and we accidentally left a towel on the floor, but there was no standing water. We apologize for the confusion
- The oven is working correctly. The breaker tripped, but we were able to resolve it immediately
- The cottage now has all brand new flooring as well as new furniture
