Nice place to stay!

Broken in Broken Bow
2/5 The house looked great, but the inside was not clean. The fireplace was beautiful but someone had it on HIGH so it was about 80 degrees inside and we could not turn it off. The fireplace remote was BROKEN & had turn off gas spout. The sitting area was very uncomfortable and both benches were BROKEN. We called and reported it, but it was never fixed. The outside fireplace quit working the 2nd day.
The ice maker BROKEN. The kitchen is very small for a big house.
Upstairs was big but the balcony is small. The SMOKE DETECTOR was BROKEN, not functional. There were only small cooking dishes & NO crockpot, and few serving dishes.
The remotes for TV’s were BROKEN, had to buy batteries for most of them.
The pond was pretty but the neighbors kept their outside lights on day & night so seeing the stars was a challenge. It’s a peaceful setting but the neighbors were very loud and it echoes.
Lots of work needs to be done here.

5/5 This place was perfect for our group. It was very clean and tidy. The game room was a huge hit. Enjoyed the view from the back deck. The pond was very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time!
5/5 We would rent this property again but bring our own sheets. Cheap sheets came off bed every time I rolled over.
