Tiny House, Space Even More Limited Because of Decor
4/5 I think it's important to mention first that this is a tiny house. That's not in the description. You can figure it out by the square footage, but I think that detail would be helpful front and center. Beyond that, here's the pros and cons as we experienced recently.
Pros:
good wifi,
easy to get to (not down a loooong road of other rentals like many other accommodations in the area),
great outdoor space
owner let us know it was ready a bit early, which was very nice
Cons:
waaaay too many decorations (cute, but in an already tiny house, there just wasn't enough space to set down what we brought),
I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness (lots of dust on blinds, fans, and under bed),
uncomfortable downstairs bed (very firm),
no window coverings in bedrooms (great for cleanliness, but the porch lights from the other rentals on the property stayed on all night and were too bright in the loft)
A couple of other things that I think are important to mention:
There is no washer or dryer.
There is no dishwasher, but dishes must be cleaned and put away before leaving. (I'd bring or purchase paper plates IF I planned on staying again.)
It's a tiny house, so hot water is limited at length.
Ultimately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Especially with two kids. Just wasn't enough space and they stirred up the dust in the home. Rating it a 4 because a lot of the cons for me are personal opinions. I do think mindful decor and cleanliness are the biggest negatives and make it a 4 instead of a 5 for me.

4/5 This property was a great stay! For me some of the beds were uncomfortable but I managed and got at least one good nights rest. Definitely made for only a couple and not 4 people. Overall we had a good time! I didn’t like the fact that we were in a spot our phones didn’t have cell service
