• Exceptional Service and Care for a Top Stay! BEAUTIFUL view, quiet, and homey!

  We took our first big family trip with all siblings on both sides of mine and my husbands families (and their kiddos) totaling 16 people.

  There was PLENTY of room and not a single one felt cramped! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a 4 day/3 night stay. The view was even better!

  Weird mom thing… I was impressed with how well the hot water lasted for allllll of our group to have showers every night after doing dishes.

  The thing that stood out the most was Bill’s attentiveness to our needs. We were set to arrive the day after a hard freeze (7 degrees for 3 days.) Bill let us know there may be a problem with the water due to the city having trouble locating the leak. He offered a refund and rescheduling and also sent someone to check if the water was on before our departure. All was on so we wanted to do our best to go.

  We arrived 15 minutes after the available Check-In time and everything was perfectly clean. (Big deal to me so I was happy about this!)

  The second day of our stay, Bill had Christmas cookies delivered with the makings for decorating them. The kids LOVED this and we loved the memories!

  During our stay, we had a hard time with the dishwater. I reached out to Bill and he had someone out there that day to address our problem!

  After we left, one of our group had left an AirPod. Bill worked with his cleaning team to help locate it.

  Bill made us feel like we were family, sharing the family cabin. ❤️

  We had an amazing time! The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was fantastic! It is a great get away for family and friends!

• Well Needed Family Getaway

  Was an amazing weekend the entire family needed and with plenty of room. Our 2 yr old grand daughter loved seeing the deer and rabbbits in the morning. Was a perfect weekend getaway

• Good home for big group

  Our stay was very much enjoyed! However we did notice some sheets beds were not fully clean, some had a smell & there was dust around the home. But the home is beautiful & it is very relaxing, the kids enjoyed the play room so much! A lot of room for a big group. Would definitely recommend & would prossibly stay there again.

• Several issues

  The house is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. We were a group of about 10 adults and a few little ones and were very cramped. The outdoor sitting areas are nice but we did have a wasp problem the first couple days preventing us from using the front porch. The property manager was very responsive however and brought wasp spray to us the first day. Other issues included grill doesnt get much hotter than 350, broken pool sticks so we couldn't play pool, nails sticking up out of kitchen chairs that ripped my sister's pants (and could have easily cut anyone), many dishes and glasses chipped and cracked. All in all, owner/property manager had good communication and seemed like they wanted to address any issues. But for the price we paid, I would expect to not have issues like we encountered throughout our stay.

  Hello Amanda, thanks for letting us know about your stay. The homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned:
  - The cabin is a 2000 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms. We understand that property size is subjective and we are sorry it was not what you expected.
  - We are glad that we were able to respond quickly and resolve the wasp issue. We will contact pest control to ensure this is handled for future travelers.
  - The grill has been fixed and can now go over 500 degrees. We also advised you during your stay that the pool sticks are not broken as we keep extra tips in the game drawer.
  - We want to apologize about the nail on the barstool. We have removed that barstool to prevent anything like this from happening again. We will also take steps toward updating all cracked glassware and dishes.
