Nice and quiet getaway
5/5 The cabin overall was nice, clean, quiet and big enough for our party of 6. It's super close to the lake and the places we planned to visit on our trip. No issues whatsoever besides the cell service in the area which wasn't too bad since we did have access to the cabin's WIFI and were out majority of the time. Would definitely book again!

Family Weekend
4/5 We had a great time during our stay at the "yall come back cabin". The kids loved the playset and we were able to enjoy the hot tub. However chlorine did need to be added on day #2 due to a smell coming from the hot tub but after adding the additional chlorine, smell was mostly gone. Camp fire area was very nice for smores and ghost stories. Something I did want to specify for future renters is exactly WHERE the bathrooms are located in this house. I had reached out to the management company prior to arrival inquiring about this and never received an answer back so I wanted to possibly help future bookers. One bathroom is located downstairs in bedroom #4 (full bedroom with twin trundle). Second bathroom is located outside kitchen (in downstairs hallway). Third bathroom is located independently upstairs for Bedroom 1 (King with twin trundle bed) & 2 (full bed) to share. Prior to arriving we were trying to decide rooms for everyone but were unable to since bathroom locations were not specified.

4/5 Everything was good but We did not receive any information on how to get into the house at check in. So after we talked to the right person finally he got us into the house

Girls weekend
4/5 We stayed here for a girls weekend. Though the property was beautifully and had most of what was needed it wasn’t restocked with paper towels, toilet paper or towels. What linens were there were very worn and raggedy and they smelled musty like they’d been left in a washing machine. Two of the beds had sheets that appeared to have been slept in which was inconvenient since it wasn’t discovered until we were ready to go to sleep. The hot tub had a film of scum floating on top so we didn’t even get to use it. We really enjoyed the grounds and the fire pit was nice. Communication was excellent.

Hochatown Spring Break
5/5 Great location near Beavers Bend State Park. Cabin is secluded, and hot tub is out of the elements which made it perfect with a chill still in the air. Will book again.
