Christmas Getaway
4/5 We had 16 guests staying for a family Christmas getaway! Communication was prompt through Evolve we had no major issues while staying on property and did not need to contact owners. Home was decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise! The kids enjoyed playing pool, ping pong (we had to buy the net and paddles but left them behind for next visitors) climbing on the playground structure, & corn hole! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes to eat off like plates, bowls, mugs, cups, and silverware/utensils. It does NOT have a potato peeler, Tupperware, or tongs, but we made do. The hot tub was perfect for the weather and plenty big for 8+ people. Beds were comfy and clean, but the couch was not the most pleasant to sit on. Our only complaints would be that the floors weren’t super clean (found a previous guest sock under a bed, a dead roach in one of the rooms, and just lots of hair) the pots and pans needed a good scrubbing before we could use them as well. Overall a great stay!

4/5 The stay was very nice.Me and my family had a great time... their was plenty room for us all to sleep. Only thing is that the living room couch need to be replaced..It's a bit off level ...we definitely stay again!
Terrible Comunication
2/5 The property seems like is not rented often so it wasn’t super clean. Comunication with property owner was horrible i texted days before arriving and stayed at property and still checked out and never got a text back. propane tank empty, ripped towels, no wifi service. The house overall is great but does need more attention and cleanliness.
