Disappointed
1/5 This was an old trailer in poor condition not a cottage. Loft bed was stained and smelled like urine as well. Would not let my 3 year old up there. Hot water only lasts 3 minutes so had to take cold showers. The water smelled unpleasant. Couch should have been replaced 10 years ago. Center sinks in. No wifi so the TV would not work. The photos of this place are very deceiving, neighbors are within 20 feet and it's a trailer park. Pool on the property was decent. 1/2 price for the week would still be overpriced The best part of our trip was deciding to leave 3 days early and getting a hotel.

Great place for a place to sleep
3/5 Quiet (as in not the hustle and bustle of PIB) would recommend for those who want a place to sleep and island hop. Downfall was check in time and having to make a reservation on ferry was there 2 hours early due to only reservation on ferry and still couldn't check in until 4
