    Last minute scheduling. Looked nicer online but it was clean and fine for 3 of us for a couple of nights. We were there for the hiking.

  • Needs a lot of work still

    Mold in the bathroom, floors dirty, sheets had dog hair, hot tub water was not clean at all, string lights on porch don’t work, bees nest in the windows, porch full of bird shit, grass all over the deck, called brock with a few problems and received no call back at all so customer service is shit as well. I booked 2 nights and left at 6am after the first night after waking up to spiders and bugs in the master bed! Please finish updating and cleaning the place before renting again! Rest of the property was nice though so 2 stars instead of 1 because of that!

    Hi Brandon, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. The bees nest was scheduled to be taken care of before your stay but unfortunately, that did not take place. I was out of the country and unaware until I heard your feedback. We have since addressed and resolved both issues with mold and the bee's nest.
    - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, we have since spoken with our cleaning crew to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
    - Due to the location of the property being in a wooded area bugs can be prevalent, however, we did have pest control go to the property and spray and will be having the home treated on a regular basis.
    - We will follow up with the maintenance crew to check on the string lights and repair them if needed.
    We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
