No heat, gaping open windows
1/5 The property had no heat and had gapping open windows due to poorly placed air condition units. When I contacted the property manager I did not hear back until after my scheduled time there and was told “heat was not listed as an amenity” and even though I was unable to occupy the property (because there was no heat and it’s 30 degrees in Ohio) they would not refund my money.
