Lovely Buffalo Home, 21 Mi to Niagara Falls

  I have been using Vrbo listings for 3 years now. This is the worst place I ever stayed at. The owner poorly pained walls, bathroom is from 1950s with original pink tiles, linoleum floors, plastic bathtub wall, no hygiene products, towels with red and black stains. The kitchen had aluminum windows with broken glass windows. I have never stayed in any house listed on Vrbo that didn’t not have any condiments or vegetable oil, salt, pepper and cutting board. It was impossible to cook there. There was no plastic begs or aluminum foils. Its appears very poor. Based on the pictures I couldn’t come to that conclusion until I got there. It looks they just both new furniture for bedrooms. The sofa was old and filthy . The flat in located on the second floor above the owner in the same house. The owner uses the same entrance. They are very noise host. They have a toddler that was running none stop from 4pm to close to midnight thumping on the floor. It was impossible to rest and fall asleep until the kids goes to bed. Which was after my bed time 10pm. All 3 nights were the same. It drove us nuts. We couldn’t believe that the kid goes to bed so late and the parents/owner were not controlling the child. It appears the owner do not have any experience off renting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It is so disappointing I have rented many houses thru Vrbo and never been disappointed but this house is terrible. Not sure if Vrbo lower criteria or the owner didn’t present real picture of their place. The walls were poorly pained as I mentioned with pain shoe marks on the floor. I couldn’t believe it that somebody can post this on Vrbo. The house is next to University lot of drunk AA kids with an attitude.

• Neighbor issues

  The house is a multi unit and I was unaware of that when I booked. We had multiple issues with the neighbor/tenant. He greeted us by having a confuntation with my boyfriend over vehicles and parking. He knocked on our door twice late at night telling us to move cars. We ended up parking down the street for most of the trip to avoid the neighbor. When I pulled up the first night, all I could smell was weed. Bedding wasn't very comfortable and the mattresses were hard. For the price of the unit, I probably wouldn't stay here again.
