  House was exactly as listed. Great location for visiting son at UB. Dash’s supermarket across street was so convenient. House stocked with many necessities. I brought some pots and gadgets from home and was surprised that house had them all. I didn’t need to use any of my pots. It’s an old charming house and bedding was so comfortable. It was a great home to hangout in! Fed my sons college roommates on Easter. Thanks again for a safe beautiful stay!

• Tired house

  Location was good. House is very tired and marginally equipped at best. On plus side the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen had been updated. On the minus side there was minimal lighting on the main floor, the floor transitions from room to room were a tripping hazard, the driveway is at a 30 degree incline and the house is delapidated.

  I wouldn’t rent it again or recommend it to others

  -We strive to make our 100-plus-year-old house as comfortable as possible for our guests. This house has been completely updated including the kitchen, new bath, windows, hardwood flooring throughout, and throw rugs, and they are in great shape. It is, by no means, a tripping hazard.
  -The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, from previous guests, we've received glowing reviews and comments. We understand being able to cook during your stay is important to most guests, so we provide kitchen supplies for your convenience. If there are any specific items not included, we invite you to reach out to the local guest contact. This information is found in the check-in instructions email. We would be happy to see which supplies we can provide.
  -As seen in the listing photos, exactly as pictured, yes, there is a slight incline. However the driveway is practically flat, and no other guests have reported having any issues parking.
  -But we hope that others enjoy our home as a place to get away. We also have games, books, and movies in the home for our guest's entertainment.
  As evidenced by previous reviews, we have had only positive experiences with our other guests. We sincerely take our guest comfort and reviews to heart and work very hard to ensure all guests have a 5-star experience at our vacation home!

  The house was as described. Beds were very comfortable. Having the grocery directly across the road was so convenient. Overall we had a nice time. Thank you

• Family get together

  The house is a charming craftsman style home with lots of character. It was convenient to everything. There was a great food market and cafe across the street. Tons o f restaurants within a 2 mile radius. We rented it for an out of town family weekend. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Updated bathrooms, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and large smart TV. The house felt very homey. It was just what we were looking for. I would definitely rent this place again

• Thanksgiving Gathering Accommodation

  This house is right across from Dash's supermarket, which is a great supermarket, and makes it convenient to get stuff for our Thanksgiving feast! It has 3 BR and 1 full bath upstairs, and an extra bedroom off the kitchen and 1 bathroom downstairs. Water pressure was good, hot water was plentiful. Upstairs bathroom would be perfect if it has towel racks and hooks. Kitchen has good cooking equipment, but could use an improvement on plates and cutlery. Thank you, we had a very nice stay and would book this house again when we visit Buffalo next time.
