    Thought there was two bedrooms with beds but should have looked closer. Pull out sleeper and futon were good second options. Just fine for what we needed. Thanks

    This place is very quirky. The second “room” has a a strange accordion room separator that if you were the person stuck in that room and wanted to go to bed before everyone else, you would need earplugs. The main bedroom claims to have blackout curtains, which it does, but they don’t cover the whole sliding glass door so at night you have light from the obnoxious parking lot light and in the morning the sun is pointed directly at you. The jacuzzi tub doesn’t work. The place is fine if you’re not too picky.

    Hi Kristin, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    -We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. Neither of the bedrooms is sound-proof, so it is likely guests will hear noise from the kitchen and living room.
    -We feel the curtains work well. Some sunlight can peak through the sides.
    -Indeed, the jets in the main tub don't work, however, a jacuzzi tub
    isn't listed as an amenity.

  • Terrible customer service

    I had to cancel my stay and Evolve never approved the cancellation on Vrbo so I never had my service fee refunded. I called Vrbo multiple times and Evolve, it was a nightmare trying to get my service fee back. Turns out Evolve never canceled it on Vrbo so the service fee was never automatically refunded.I would not book anything through Evolve. I never will.

  • The worst stay we've had so far.

    - The listings image of the second bed is misleading. It's in fact an uncomfortable futon.- The house is stuffy, dusty/moldy and all 4 guests had permanent sinus issues.- We didn't get sleeping pillows for the second bed and weren't helped when we asked for them.

    Hi Josias, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - The listing info does state the bedroom has a futon. The fire inspector said we needed to switch out the bed for safety reasons. We will work on getting the photo updated.
    - Pillows are in the trunk in the living room and the master bedroom closet. The cleaning team confirmed that is where the extra pillows are stored.
    - Due to the wildfires, we are experiencing more dust and poor air quality from the smoke. For this reason, we are blocking our booking calendar until the wildfires ease down.
