Great spot in Reno!
5/5 Perfect little home, well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Walking distance to coffee, food, and a brewery. Check in and out was easy, communication was great and the space was very clean. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!
Property Management
5/5 Upon arrival, there were a few hiccups. Evolve the property management was very quick to help out and very easy to get ahold of. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Winter stay
4/5 Home was adequate but because of the snow we never got ice removed from the front steps due to no shovel. Trash pickup occurred before 7:30am on Mondays. Heater in hallway was very noisy at night (it was cold outside...30s or lower) so we had to turn it off. No mention that Plumb Lane is a VERY BUSY street and the house is roughly 25 feet from the street so noisy day and night. Overall, it worked for us.

Clean, roomy, comfy
5/5 Property as described. Clean, roomy, lots of light. Back yard for kids. Heater works great. Well stocked, clean kitchen. Centrally located. Good breakfast around the corner. Second bathroom could use a curtain. Would rent again for sure. Seamless check in and out.
