  Such a perfect spot for the two of us to spend 3 days in your area. We found it comfortable in every way, almost as good as home. Thanks for superb amenities, suggestions for side trips and food. Would definitely come again if in the area.

• Well appointed one bedroom close to city center

  The condo is clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The owners thoughtfully provide guide books and information for Santa Fe area. The condo is a little over a mile from City Center. The kitchen has all that you might need, although no dishwasher/garbage disposal. It is a sweet little place. The owners were VERY responsive when an issue arose with hot water. I would stay there again!

• Great stay in a good Santa Fe location - Some Issues with the Unit

  It was great in all respects except for the following issues which will prevent me from re-booking this unit unless they are resolved:

  Bedroom: I experienced an allergic response starting the first day in the bedroom. I attributed this to the carpet which was dirty. I sneezed constantly when in the bedroom for 2 weeks. The window drapes also require cleaning. I even had to sleep on the couch a few times.

  The bedroom linen was clean and of good quality and not the source of the allergens.

  There was a small vacuum available that I tried to use, but it was totally ineffective. I would have done more cleaning during my 19 day stay if the vacuum was more effective.

  Also, the bedroom smoke detector battery reached its end of life during the first week.

  Bathroom: My attempt on taking a shower the first day almost forced me to cancel the booking. Control of the shower temperature was almost impossible until I figured out there was a small arc in the mid-range that allowed hot water. If you were not careful, you could freeze or scald yourself. Since I was 2000 miles from home with no alternative accommodations, I decided to live with it for 19 days.

  It is obvious that the shower internal faucet cartridge is damaged or worn and needs replacement. A good plumber is needed to replace the cartridge.

  - When we met you when you checked in you did not mention the condition of the carpets, we did not hear from you during your stay with any of the complaints that you brought up in your review. We are available for our guests and wish you had brought these items to our attention so we could have made your stay a 5-star experience.
  - We do all the cleaning ourselves and we had the carpets shampooed
  - This is the first complaint that we have received about the shower, we were unaware of any issues
  - The vacuum has worked fine for us, we have not had any problems with it
  - We will check the batteries in the smoke detectors to be sure they are all good
  - We're sorry about your allergies, but everything is clean and, oddly, it was just the bedroom that affected your allergies
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Home away from home

  Cute, comfortable, clean, quiet and close to the Plaza and so many great restaurants. Be sure to check out Clafoutis bakery counter and Maria’s New Mexican Kitchen - both within walkable distances. Fast response from host Mark about laundry access - so conveniently located just up steps and around corner from unit. Most delightfully homey stay on our February trip to NM.

• Our stay in Santa Fe

  This was a great place to stay. We had everything we needed to make meals that we wanted to eat at home. The unit was very clean. We also found it to be close to everything that we wanted to do.
