3/5 The refrigerator did not work properly and we were having to use coolers to keep our food cold. Rental agreement required that we do the dishes and take all trash out, but dish soap and trash bags were not supplied. Electrical outlet for the television was flacky. House could have been more much cleaner.

- We're sorry you encountered issues with the refrigerator. We had no prior knowledge of the refrigerator needing to be fixed or replaced. We will be looking into this issue right away, as we understand how inconvenient this can be, especially while on vacation.
- We have spoken to our cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers.
- We're sorry there were no trash bags or dish soap in order for you to fulfill your rental agreement. Our home is typically stocked with all of the basic necessities needed for our guests during their stay. We are sorry we missed this and this will be corrected moving forward.
- We have never had any issues with the television outlet before, however, we will be looking into this issue.
