  Very comfortable, cozy and well maintained. All amenities were there if needed. Bed was comfortable to sleep for our two nights. Love the location. We will definitely save as favorites and continue to search availability when we visit again.

  This location is perfect. Uphill from river and close to all the little shops. However, you pay for the location. This rental was bare bones and not updated. Furniture looks thrifted, bed has a foam mat on top, refrigerator didn’t cool, microwave didn’t cook, no coffee pot. I had to go buy my own garbage bags, paper towels and bath tissue(there were some on rolls but not full and none to replenish). Rules state to leave all bedding and towels in a pile, washroom is locked. I understand I rented in peek holiday pricing but I feel like with the price I paid, the rental should have been stocked & ready to be used. A plus was that this rental was dog friendly and we got to see Elk in the field close by.

As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly. Following your stay we have found the refrigerator is cooling properly, the microwave is in working order and we have provided a coffee pot for guest use. Additionally, we have adjusted the check-out instructions as we no longer offer a washer and dryer within the listing. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

• Beautiful property, but…

  Cleanliness was just not there. There were pee stains on floor, white long dog hair all over the couch; and since I’ve recently had knee surgery so my husband, and I decided we should stay downstairs. Well when we open the couch mattress up there was a huge pee stain! No telling if it was from an animal, or who. So we decided to just stay upstairs after all. Everything was fine upstairs besides the unclean sheets. The pillowcases smelled of a man’s cologne. It would have been a comfortable stay if things were clean.

We have the home professionally cleaned in between each guest's stay, and our cleaners are typically very thorough, however, we do understand mistakes happen. • Not as expected

  Wasent cleaned upon our arrival. Not sheets on the bed, no towels. Could tell it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in some time
