  Beautiful comfy house, and excellent location, with great communication! The view from the deck was amazing, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay!

  The cabin was nice and in a really beautiful area. However, when we arrived, the driveway was not plowed or even shoveled. It was a mess trying to park so we ended up shoveling the driveway ourselves. You would think this would have already been taken care of before any guests showed up. Also, way too many rules. I understand there are some people that do not take care of things, but they do charge cleaning and damage fees for the home and to post so many rules and actually have cameras put up does not leave a peaceful easy feeling, if you know what I mean. We felt like we were little kids being watched. Thirdly, there were dishes left in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer that probably should have been put away. There was also food left in the sink from the prior guests. We will not be staying there again.

  - Thank you for noting that the cabin was nice and the area beautiful, however, we are a bit confused by your review after you mentioned to us that you deal with rentals
  - While we were in communication we mentioned that there was still lots of snow and ice on the driveway. With the weather that we have been getting in this area it has been difficult to stay on top of all the snow maintenance, we apologize that you felt the need to shovel
  - As an owner of a short-term rental, you know that you have to have rules for things to be kept in good condition. The rules we have in place fall in line with most rental properties
  - Your safety matters, we feature 2 motion-activated lights and cameras located on the back and side of the property and a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. We would never infringe on our guest's privacy, this has not been an issue in the past
  - We were unaware that there were items that were left undone, we wish you had reached out for either an explanation or if needed we could have come back to take care of it for you
  - We're sorry you were not happy with our property, we offer a safe roomy cabin where friends and family and unwind and relax, we have a history of guests who have enjoyed and appreciated our property
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"

  Was our first time in a cabin and we lover this one super clean and beautiful and so cozy .We enjoy our weekend.Thank you Camille and Vrbo .
