We were a family of 13 and for very well! But the condo is a bit outdated… carpets either need a deep cleaning or to be replaced. Over all the condo needs some cleaning as well! There was a used toothbrush on the floor in one of the rooms… cobwebs everywhere, the showers need a deep cleaning, the floor was slimy. And a little more organization… maybe one closet for all the towels, iron and iron board and better pots and pans. We really liked the area where it is located, may consider staying again some other time.

We wish you had contacted our Guest Contact during your stay to remediate any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
- We will absolutely follow up with having the carpets deep cleaned and your concerns with the showers.

We loved our stay here. It is great for multiple families who would like privacy but also be able to get together because of the multiple floors. Its 4 floors. Also great if the kids want to all be down stairs while adults upstairs. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

The property was dirty. Carpets were filthy, hadn't been vacuumed and the floor hadn't been swept. I contacted the property manager and the location where I made the reservation and the property manager went to "clean, " but the place looked the same. They just sprayed a scent and left. I will never, ever book a home through this site again. I was VERY disappointed.

-We're sorry to hear you were upset about your stay due to cleanliness. However, we thought that we did address these specific issues in a timely fashion.
-Once you contacted us and expressed your concerns, we came to the house to sweep the floor and vacuum the carpet. We also made sure to address other issues such as the screen door that was off its tracks. We sprayed a scented product inside because you had complained about a bad smell so we hoped this would help the issue. We are sorry if this was not to your liking.
-After completing all of these tasks, we spoke with you and were under the impression that you were satisfied with the state of the unit. We encourage all guests to express any concerns or dissatisfaction during their stay so that we can cater to your needs appropriately.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to having our property host many satisfied guests.
The on-line review didn't mention anything about 4 flights of stairs. The contact person wouldn't answer his phone nor return my calls. One of the lower EMERGENCY exit doors would not open at all. Other than that, decent condo.

The pictures and description said nothing about 4 levels of stairs. Several interior doors would not close and latch. One of the lower EMERGENCY doors could not be opened at all!!!!! You get one star for the great air conditioner system.
