  Great cabin ; cabin was super clean and cozy ! plus Mary the person who was our contact person; was there for us every time we texted or call.

  the only thing is that they only have one smart tv and the other TV's they only have a few channels but beside that everything was on point! 🔥❤️🙏🏾

  This is a good property. Over the past several years I have rented it with No issue, had 13-15 people staying in the house . This stay was somewhat different. I booked the property about 2 months prior to my arrival. The day of my arrival I received a text from the owner stating we could only have 8 people in the home at any given time. We had 9 ladies going with us on our trip. At that time we were unable to receive any type of refund Needless to say we stayed with 9 and the next morning we were asked to leave because we had the 1 extra person. If you rent this property make sure you speak with the owner and get the rules before your you book. . If I would have known that 1 extra person wasn’t able to go we would not have booked this property.

  We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. According to the Village of Ruidoso, we must follow the maximum occupancy set in place. We do state in the listing that the maximum occupancy is eight guests, and kindly ask that our guests follow the house rules so they can make the best out of their stay.

• Not worth the money!

  Not the cleanest place. The bathroom had mold or mold looking stuff on the ceiling, when you sat on the couch it was so old the red vinyl came off on your clothes. The cleaning lady that was supposedly there right before we got there did not clean the fridge. It wasn’t wiped down. The place sure did not smell like it had been clean. It was not worth the $3000 plus we paid for 5 nights.

  Hi Alyssha, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously.
  - We followed up with the homeowner, who let us know that, unfortunately, the previous guests violated the pet policy, which led to a lot of extra cleaning that was necessary before your arrival.
  - Their housekeeper did her best to have the home properly cleaned, but we apologize if any spots, such as the fridge, were overlooked.
  - The house has since been thoroughly cleaned to address any such areas, and we are confident that future guests will not share your experience.
  - The owner also wanted to note that they would have been happy to send their housekeeper back out had they known about your concerns. We encourage future renters to reach out right away should any issues arise!
