• Perfect for Two

  This is a very well-kept and quaint little property that is perfect for two! It is close to the ski valley as well as the town of Taos. We enjoyed our stay and Mark was a wonderful host. We look forward to staying here again!

• Outside of town

  This property was hard to find even with Apple Maps. It is definitely on the outskirts of town by a storage center. Did not feel safe. Front door did not close all the way. The shower was so small you could not even turn around in it and the spray nozzle was glued to wall so not even able to adjust. The outside grounds was very messy and trash around and overgrown with weeds. No coffee pot, no microwave! Really.This cost more than the Hampton Inn and all the hotels in Taos. Way overpriced.The note that was left for us assured us this was a safe place. Why would someone say that if that wasn’t a question. If this is Evolve’s vetted place, they need to take another look.I am looking for a partial refund, this was not worth the money we spent.The artwork inside was creepy. Gave me the creeps!

  Hi David, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The property is located 6 mi from Taos plaza & 13 mi. from Taos Ski Valley. It is a centralized location that feels rural, (unobstructed sunset view) yet is just a short drive to most all premier Taos destinations.
  - We had a lot of rain before your stay so the deadbolt may have not fully engaged. However, the door was still fully functional. We wish you would have reached out about this during your stay as we would have been happy to assist with this while in residence.
  - We are sorry the shower did not meet your expectations, we haven't had complaints about this in 2 and a half years of operation.
  - Your visit coincided with the change of seasons so the sunflowers in the garden had died. We kept the grounds well-kept and neat and we would have been happy to address this had you let us know that it was an issue during your stay.
  - Freshly ground coffee is kept in the freezer, a bodum press, and instant hot water were supplied for coffee. While a microwave was not supplied, a toaster oven was. We appreciate your feedback regarding the microwave, we have ordered once since!
  - The art in the home is done by a local Taos artist. We're sorry that they did not resonate with you.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Fabulous little place. Everything was wonderful, the beautiful morning view from the bedroom window to the starlit sky from the hot tub in the courtyard. Very comfy bed! We would stay here again. Highly recommend !

• Summer in Taos

  The condo was an adobe style end unit of 6 condos. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the private outdoor porch. The bed was comfortable and overall had most everything you expectTo find in a VRBO. Mark was very helpful.
