CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Front door keypad: Enter the code issued for your stay, then press LockState button; the unit will return to locked after approximately 10 seconds (if unlocked is desired, twist inside manual button ¼ turn after approximately 20 seconds); to lock on exit, twist button or press LockState button.
- Front door deadbolt can be set from inside for added security. Please leave unlocked on checkout.
- Deck door deadbolt can be set from inside. Please leave locked on checkout.
- Garage door openers are hanging by each opener button in the garage. The garage door code is 2828
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Remove trash and recycling from the house and deposit them in appropriate bins at the Angel Fire Recycle Park located at 27 Halo Pines Terrace (open 24 hours a day) $75 fee may be charged for trash left in the house
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Close all the blinds
- Please don't deadbolt the kitchen door
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- The master bedroom sliding glass door can be locked plus blocked with a stick for added security. Please leave locked and blocked on checkout
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- A trash can and recycle bin are provided in the garage for your convenience during your stay. Guests are responsible for taking their trash to the Recycle Park upon departure

- The property requires stairs
- Heat: The thermostat detects occupancy and maintains 68F and 60F between 11 PM and 6 AM or when unoccupied. Touch the setting on the right of the thermostat for the desired comfort. If the thermostat does not respond to presence, touch the gear symbol and select Home for Now. Please touch Away for Now when checking out
- Fireplace: Remote is mounted on the wall to the left of the fireplace. Press desired buttons (on, off, high, low). The fan control knob is on the left edge of the fireplace. On exit, please turn off the fireplace and fan
- TVs: Use the DirectTV remote to select programs (TV, other services, etc.)
- Refrigerator: The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator on left. The ice dispenser is inside the upper freezer drawer on the left; turn on the switch adjacent to the ice dispenser for operation
- Coffee filters are in the upper cabinet near the stove
- Dish detergent and dishwasher detergent are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink
- Iron and ironing board are in closet off kitchen. The locked door is the owner’s closet
- The broom, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner are in the closet off the kitchen
- Laundry detergent is in the cabinet below the utility sink
- Hair dryers are in the upstairs bathroom cabinets
- Pack ‘n Play and infant booster seat with tray are in the closet off the kitchen
- Electrical breakers are in the garage adjacent to the laundry room door
