  The Condo is a nice cute little spot...

  My Biggest Gripe: I called the number and spoke to a Mary? We had 4 people, with 4 towels 2 wash clothes and 3 hand towels for 4 nights!! They never brought extra towels or called me back about it. So I stopped my evening with our family to wash these towels so we could have clean towels for their long hair and bodies! unacceptable, when you pay over $2500k for 4 nights.

  Major Issue - our daughters on the pull out couch the springs in the mattress was terrible and they complained the whole time how you could feel them poking up through the night. They are both athletes, so it was terrible long night sleeps, even after trying to sleep on the floor.

  Lastly - If you don't mind loud up stairs neighbors, where you wake up with them at any time and can only go to bed when they go to bed as you hear ever step... Then your a better than we. Be prepared to buy and bring your own Firewood!

  - Thank you for staying in our condo and for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you liked the location as much as we do
  - We're very sorry to hear you didn't receive a call back from our management people and that they didn't have enough towels! We will be addressing this with them so it doesn't happen to our future guests
  - We're sorry that your daughters weren't comfortable on the pull-out mattress. The couch with the mattress is brand new, and we purchased the better mattress option for it so our guests would be comfortable
  - Most of the building is comprised of short-term rentals and it won't be the same person above our unit every time, so we apologize if you dealt with noise during your stay, but it doesn't happen often
  - Our HOA does not allow us to provide firewood to guests, and they only provide it to the condo owners, so guests must bring the wood with them or purchase it at a local store if they would like to use our fireplace
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Out of date and substandard accommodations for the price!

  Location was good but we rented two units in the building and this one was very outdated and accommodations were substandard and very “used” for the price. Bed sinks in and pillows very flat, springs, uncomfortable including foldout couch so no one had any good sleep during the stay. Lights were flickering at times so worried about a electrical short somewhere. No hot water when we arrived as hot water heater was turned way down. Best thing i can say about the unit is the location is close to resort and convenient.

  Hi Tammy, these homeowners work hard to provide a comfortable stay for all guests, so they were disappointed to see your feedback.
  - They recently purchased the condo and are aware that it needs some updates.
  - The dishwasher, oven, and microwave were all replaced recently, and the home was freshly painted over the summer.
  - They have additional upgrades planned for after the ski season, including replacing the flooring and furniture. The mattresses are all new, and they apologize if they did not suit your personal preference.
  - The owners have stayed at the property many times and never had issues with flickering lights or hot water, but they were sorry to hear that affected your stay. They will look into this and ensure neither is a problem moving forward.
